ADAMAX

ADAMAX is a synthetic nonapeptide analogue of Semax, engineered with two structural modifications: an N-terminal acetyl group and a C-terminal adamantylglycine (AGly) moiety in place of the standard glycine. The adamantane modification — a rigid lipophilic cage structure — substantially increases membrane permeability and resistance to proteolytic degradation compared to the parent compound. Developed at the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, ADAMAX is used as a research tool in neuroscience investigations of BDNF-associated signalling, monoaminergic pathway modulation, and peptide-based central nervous system receptor pharmacology in vitro.

ADAMAX is manufactured in a cGMP compliant, ISO9001 certified laboratory to a guaranteed purity of ≥98%. Every batch is independently tested using HPLC and MS-UPLC analysis before dispatch.

Vials are vacuum sealed and stored in a temperature-controlled, monitored cold storage system to preserve purity throughout the supply chain. Certificates of Analysis are available on request.
