Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Payment must be confirmed before processing begins. Orders are dispatched the next business day after payment is received.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. A dispatch notification with tracking information (where applicable) is sent once your order has been collected by Royal Mail, typically before 5pm on the dispatch day.
Orders placed over weekends or on bank holidays are queued for dispatch on the next available business day. During exceptionally high-demand periods, dispatch may be delayed by one additional business day. We will notify you by email if this applies to your order.
Please note: Dispatch and delivery are separate events. A next-day delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery) refers to the transit time from dispatch, not from the time of ordering. If you order on a Friday, dispatch will occur on Monday, with delivery Tuesday.

Delivery aims quoted by Royal Mail are estimates and are not contractual except for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Royal Mail does not offer compensation for late delivery on untracked or tracked (non-guaranteed) services. For time-sensitive research orders, we recommend Special Delivery.
Cold-Chain Packaging
All peptide orders are shipped with thermal insulation and cold packs as standard, at no additional charge. Our cold-chain packaging is designed to maintain internal temperatures within the recommended storage range for a minimum of 48 hours under typical UK and EU transit conditions.
Vials are individually wrapped in protective foam or bubble wrap and placed inside a rigid inner box before being packed into the thermal outer layer. This protects against both temperature excursion and mechanical damage during transit.
Upon receipt, lyophilised peptides should be transferred to a refrigerator (2 to 8 degrees Celsius) or freezer (minus 20 degrees Celsius) promptly, depending on the compound and your intended storage period. Refer to the product-specific COA for storage recommendations.

International Shipping
We ship to most EU countries via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Important: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to confirm that research peptides are legal to import in their country or jurisdiction before placing an order. Peptides.net accepts no liability for orders held, seized, or refused by customs authorities. We do not falsify customs declarations or undervalue shipments.

International delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and do not include time spent in customs processing. Customs delays are outside our control and can add several days to estimated arrival times, particularly for first-time imports or during peak periods.
International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.
We do not ship to countries where research peptides are explicitly restricted or require an import licence. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, contact us before placing an order.
Tracking Your Order
Tracked services (Tracked 24, Tracked 48, and Special Delivery) include end-to-end tracking via Royal Mail's tracking system at royalmail.com/track-your-item. Your tracking number is included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Tracking events typically update within a few hours of the parcel being scanned at a Royal Mail facility. The first scan may not appear until the parcel has been collected and processed at the local delivery office, which can be several hours after dispatch.
Untracked services (2nd Class and 1st Class) do not include any tracking information. If you require proof of delivery or the ability to monitor your shipment, select a tracked service at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the outer packaging and affected items. We will raise a claim with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is assessed.
If your tracked order has not arrived within 5 business days of your dispatch notification, contact us and we will open an investigation with Royal Mail. Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 10 business days from the date of posting. We cannot dispatch a replacement or issue a refund until Royal Mail has concluded their investigation and confirmed the parcel as lost.
For untracked services (2nd Class and 1st Class), Royal Mail requires 10 business days to pass before an item is considered lost. We will assist with the investigation process but cannot guarantee the outcome, as untracked services carry lower compensation limits and are harder to trace.
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, check with neighbours and any safe locations around your property. If the parcel cannot be located, contact us within 5 days of the delivery scan. Royal Mail may require a signed declaration from you before processing a claim.

Shipping FAQs
Can I upgrade my shipping after placing an order?
Shipping upgrades are possible only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately via the contact page with your order number and preferred service. Once a dispatch confirmation has been sent, we cannot change the shipping method.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do not currently offer free shipping thresholds. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your selected service. All orders include cold-chain packaging at no extra charge regardless of shipping tier.
Will my order arrive on a Saturday?
Royal Mail 1st Class, Tracked 24, and Special Delivery by 1pm can deliver on Saturdays as part of their regular service. 2nd Class and Tracked 48 do not include Saturday delivery as standard. Special Delivery Guaranteed Saturday delivery is available but must be booked separately at an additional cost — contact us before ordering if you require Saturday delivery.
What if nobody is in to receive my Special Delivery parcel?
Royal Mail will leave a 'Something for You' card and return the parcel to your local delivery office. It will be held for 18 days. You can arrange redelivery or collect in person. If uncollected, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Can I use a PO Box as a delivery address?
Royal Mail 2nd Class and 1st Class can deliver to PO Box addresses. Tracked 24, Tracked 48, and Special Delivery require a physical address as they require a signature or photographic proof of delivery.
Do you ship to BFPO addresses?
Yes. We can ship to BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses using Royal Mail standard services. Delivery times to BFPO addresses vary depending on the destination and are outside our control.
