These Terms of Service govern your use of the Peptides.net website and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

Peptides.net is a trading name registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Peptides.net.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that transaction. Continued use of our website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

All products sold by Peptides.net are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. They are not licensed medicines, food supplements, or medical devices. They have not been approved by the MHRA or any other regulatory body for use in humans or animals.

By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing for legitimate scientific research purposes only and that you agree to our full Research Use Policy. Any use outside the scope of that policy is strictly prohibited and will constitute a material breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion where there is reasonable cause to believe products may be purchased for non-research purposes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Peptides.net. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

It is your responsibility to confirm that the products you are ordering are legal to purchase and possess in your country or jurisdiction. We do not supply to countries where research peptides are explicitly restricted by law. If you are unsure, contact us before placing an order.

An order confirmation email sent after purchase does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch notification. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch for any reason, including stock availability, payment failure, or compliance concerns, in which case a full refund will be issued.

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not store card details on our servers.

Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout where applicable. Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase. We cannot apply codes retrospectively once an order has been placed.

Orders are dispatched the next business day after payment is confirmed, Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. Delivery is carried out by Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed except for Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs authorities, or other circumstances outside our control. For international orders, you are solely responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs charges levied by your country's authorities. We do not cover, predict, or refund these charges.

We accept refund requests for unopened, unused products returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of research compounds and cold-chain requirements, opened vials cannot be returned under any circumstances.

To initiate a return, contact us via the Contact page before sending any item back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or processed. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptides.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or any harm resulting from misuse of our products.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular research purpose, or the accuracy or completeness of any product description, research note, or other content on this website beyond the analytical data stated in each batch-specific COA.

All content on the Peptides.net website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, research notes, images, logos, and the overall site design, is the intellectual property of Peptides.net and is protected by UK copyright law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent. You may print or download content for personal, non-commercial reference only.

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
