Peptides.net Affiliate Agreement
This agreement is binding on all participants in the Peptides.net Affiliate Programme. By submitting an application or generating affiliate links you accept every clause below. If you do not accept these terms, do not apply or use affiliate links.
MHRA Compliance Notice
All products sold by Peptides.net are supplied as unlicensed research reagents for in-vitro laboratory use only. Under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, advertising an unlicensed medicine is prohibited in Great Britain. Because affiliate content is treated as the advertiser's own marketing, any claim that implies human use, therapeutic benefit, or medicinal properties can reclassify a product as an unlicensed medicine, triggering a Regulation 279 advertising ban. Affiliates must not make such claims under any circumstances.
Research-Use-Only Framing
The affiliate must present all Peptides.net products in every piece of content as in-vitro research compounds. No content published by the affiliate may state or imply any of the following in connection with any product: human use, veterinary use, self-administration, injection, dosing, reconstitution for personal use, therapeutic benefit, physical performance enhancement, or the treatment, prevention or cure of any medical condition. This obligation applies to all content formats, including articles, social media posts, videos, email newsletters, paid advertisements, and any other medium where affiliate links appear.
No Medicinal or Efficacy Claims
The affiliate must not publish content that includes any of the following in connection with a product:
- ✕Disease names, conditions, or symptoms in a context that implies treatment or prevention
- ✕Language such as "helps with", "good for", "supports", "improves", "boosts", or similar phrases implying medicinal or therapeutic effect
- ✕Bodybuilding, weight-loss, anti-ageing, sexual function, or cognitive enhancement claims
- ✕Personal testimonials describing use on a human body, including the affiliate's own
- ✕Before-and-after comparisons implying health outcomes
- ✕Any content that presents a product as intended to be administered to a human (the first limb of the UK medicines test), or as having properties for treating or preventing disease in humans (the second limb)
Prohibited Channels and Audiences
The affiliate must not:
- ✕Market to persons under the age of 18
- ✕Publish content on platforms or in contexts where it will be read as consumer health advice, including general fitness, wellness, or lifestyle communities where audiences do not have a research context
- ✕Place paid health or medical advertisements that imply therapeutic use
- ✕Target audiences defined by a health condition, fitness goal, or cosmetic outcome
Advertising Disclosure
The affiliate must clearly and obviously identify all affiliate content as advertising before or at the point where the audience encounters the commercial message. Acceptable labels include "Ad", "#ad", "Sponsored", or "Affiliate Link". The affiliate must also disclose the material commercial relationship with Peptides.net. These obligations arise under the UK CAP Code (Advertising Standards Authority) and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Disclosure that is buried, ambiguous, or placed after the commercial content does not satisfy this requirement.
Compliance with UK Law
The affiliate warrants that all content published in connection with the Peptides.net Affiliate Programme complies with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, including the advertising provisions at Part 14, and with all other applicable UK law. The affiliate acknowledges that non-compliant content can lead to the reclassification of a product as an unlicensed medicine and may constitute a criminal offence under those Regulations. The affiliate accepts sole responsibility for any content they publish.
Approval and Monitoring
Peptides.net may review any affiliate content at any time. If Peptides.net identifies content that does not comply with this agreement, the affiliate will be notified and must remove or amend the non-compliant content within 48 hours of notification. Failure to do so within this period is a material breach of this agreement. Peptides.net reserves the right to place affiliate accounts under manual review at any time and to suspend link generation pending the outcome of that review.
Termination and Clawback
Any breach of this agreement voids all unpaid commissions and terminates the affiliate's account immediately, at Peptides.net's sole discretion. Where a breach has caused Peptides.net to incur costs, including regulatory response costs or legal fees, Peptides.net reserves the right to seek recovery of those costs from the affiliate. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
Indemnification
The affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptides.net, its directors, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or regulatory action arising out of or in connection with the affiliate's content, conduct, or failure to comply with this agreement or applicable law.
General Provisions
Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Variation. Peptides.net may update this agreement at any time. Continued use of affiliate links after notice of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Severability. If any clause of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full force.
Entire agreement. This agreement, together with the Peptides.net Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Affiliate Programme and supersedes all prior understandings.
